About Nitin Sud

Nitin has twenty years of experience in employment law with a focus on protecting the rights of workers and employees. Nitin handles cases involving unpaid wages and overtime including under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), sexual harassment, pregnancy discrimination, protected class discrimination (i.e. race, gender, age), employer retaliation, challenges to non-competition and non-solicitation agreement, invalidating temporary retraining orders (TROs) and temporary and permanent injunctions, and employment agreements.

Nitin is board-certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas State Bar. Nitin has argued appeals at all levels of state and federal courts including the Texas Supreme Court and United States Supreme Court.

Nitin also serves as a certified mediator.
