John's practice area covers a broad variety of civil litigation cases including state and federal employment law claims; catastrophic personal injury; professional malpractice; and other complex commercial litigation.
John has served as trial counsel in two multi-week medical malpractice jury trials and a week-long jury trial involving a multi-million dollar commercial real estate dispute. John also served as trial counsel in an election law bench trial, which resulted in a win at trial that was later affirmed on appeal.
